Al integrar las mejores pr\u00e1cticas del <strong data-start=\"361\" data-end=\"368\">PMI<\/strong>, as\u00ed como los enfoques contractuales de <strong data-start=\"409\" data-end=\"418\">FIDIC<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"421\" data-end=\"428\">NEC<\/strong>, y al fortalecer el rol de las <strong data-start=\"460\" data-end=\"503\">Juntas de Resoluci\u00f3n de Disputas (JPRD)<\/strong>, se busca reducir la incertidumbre, mejorar la eficiencia y aumentar las probabilidades de \u00e9xito en los proyectos p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"629\" data-end=\"1086\">La gesti\u00f3n de riesgos se consolida como un requisito clave en la nueva <strong data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"717\">Ley N.\u00ba 32069<\/strong>, que refuerza este enfoque y extiende su aplicaci\u00f3n a todas las contrataciones del Estado. Esta herramienta no solo permite anticiparse a los imprevistos costosos y prevenir controversias, sino que tambi\u00e9n asegura una ejecuci\u00f3n m\u00e1s eficiente de los proyectos, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de su finalidad p\u00fablica y a la mejora de la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos.<\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph
